Description

Twelve decorated macarons inspired by the flavors of holiday cookies and hot cocoa, packaged for gifting to loved ones, teachers, co-workers or treating yourself!

Three of each flavor:

Sugar Cookie, Gingerbread, Peppermint Bark, Hot Cocoa

Please note that while macarons are made with almond flour and are traditionally gluten free, the gingerbread and sugar cookie flavors have fillings that are not gluten free. If you would like a box with 6 each of the two gluten free flavors (Peppermint Bark and Hot Cocoa) please include that on the notes section of your order.

Ingredients:

Sugar Cookie

Shell: Almond Flour, Sugar, Egg Whites, Cream of Tartar

Filling: Flour, Sugar, Butter, Milk, Salt, Almond Extract

Topping: Royal Icing (meringue powder- Corn Starch, Egg Whites, Sugar, Gum Arabic, Calcium Sulphate, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Artificial Flavor, Silicon Dioxide, water, vanilla extract), Sprinkles ( Sugar, Corn starch, Dextrin, Carnauba wax, Titanium dioxide (color))

Hot Cocoa:

Shell: Almond Flour, Sugar, Egg Whites, Cocoa, Cream of Tartar

Filling: Sugar, Butter, Milk, Hot Cocoa Mix (sugar, powdered milk, cocoa) chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened cocoa, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract)

Topping: Chocolate Chips (sugar, unsweetened cocoa, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract) Mini Marshmallows (sugar, corn syrup, modified cornstarch, water, gelatin, sodium polyphosphate, natural and artificial flavor, blue 1)

Gingerbread:

Shell: Almond Flour, Sugar, Egg Whites, Ginger, Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cream of Tartar

Filling- Gingerbread: Flour, Water, Molasses, Butter, Brown Sugar, Egg, Ginger, Cinnamon, Allspice, nutmeg, Baking Soda, Salt, Vanilla Extract

Filling- Frosting: Cream Cheese, Sugar, Butter, Milk, Vanilla Extract, Ginger, Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg

Peppermint Bark:

Filling- Dark Chocolate Ganache- Dark Chocolate Chips (chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, nonfat milk, natural flavor), Heavy Cream, Peppermint Extract
