Description
Crunchy on the outside but soft, chewy and loaded with chocolate on the inside! Brown butter and sourdough starter in the batter deepen the flavors of this cookie while an overnight fermentation leaves them easier to digest than other cookies make from flour! There is no “sour” sourdough taste though. Flaky sea salt tops them off and keeps them from being too sweet. Always baked fresh! Comes boxed with six or twelve 70g (prebaked weight) cookies. Can add a gift bow upon request if you need a thoughtful thankyou gift!
